Mindfit app (mobile application)

Mindfit does not have access to the content you enter in the app, and we do not have the ability to identify you as a user. Mindfit does not collect personal data that can be used to identify you through use of the Mindfit app.

Any data you enter in the app is stored locally on your device. Mindfit does not have access to journal entries, reflections, or other content you create in the app.

When you use our mobile application:

• We do not collect personal data that can be used to identify you as a user.
• You are not required to register or create an account to use our services.
• All content you enter in the app is stored locally on your device.

Data we collect

We only collect personal data in specific situations, such as when you fill out a form or survey, send us an email, contact us through direct messages on social media, or request customer support. This may include your name, email address, and optionally your phone number.

This information is processed solely in order to respond to your inquiry, provide customer support, or follow up on your request.

Statistics and log data

This information cannot be used by Mindfit to identify you as an individual, and does not provide us with information about who you are or how you use the app individually. It is used solely for statistics, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

• We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and Google Firebase with minimal data collection enabled, in accordance with GDPR.
• We have disabled advertising-related data collection, location tracking, and other unnecessary personally identifiable signals.
• We do not collect personal data from social media interactions (such as likes, comments, or tags) or from advertising networks.

We use cookies on our website to ensure that it functions correctly and to understand how it is used in order to improve the user experience. Cookies are stored on your device when the website loads in your browser.

Purchase and payment

Mindfit app can be purchased and downloaded via the App Store or Google Play.

• All payments are processed and handled by the App Store or Google Play.
• You manage your purchases there and accept their terms and conditions before purchasing the Mindfit app.
• Mindfit does not receive personal data or payment information related to purchases.
• Information we receive from app distributors is aggregated and anonymized and cannot be used to identify you as a user.

Data controller

Mindfit AS is the data controller for any personal data we may process. For purchases and payments, the App Store and Google Play act as independent data controllers.

We may update this policy when necessary. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
