What is Mindfit app?
Mindfit is a preventive self-help app that focuses on mental training. The tool helps you to trainyour thought patterns and find your inner strength.
Mindfit is developed by a psychologist, and is intended as a way to help you to help yourself, and isn’t a substitute for treatment by a psychologist.
The tool is intended to be a guide and motivator. Through advices, concrete actions and coping strategies, you will be guided to a better everyday life.
You can try Mindfit for free. The app is available on the App Store and Google play.
Mindfit versions
Mindfit was first launched in 2014. The first edition of Mindfit will be phased out at the end of 2023/24 as the technology is old.
The brand new app was launched in October 2023
The new Mindfit app has a new design, new technology, more functionality and content.
Upload content
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the content from the old app to the new one as the technology is different.

Who can use Mindfit?
The tool is suitable for all types of people who want to strengthen their mental health. You can “train” your brain and thought patterns, just like the rest of your body.
Mindfit is suitable for all kinds of people in difficult situations or who are in a period of their lives where they feel stressed, need motivation or are depressed and lack energy.
What does Mindfit cost?
You can try the Mindfit app for free for 7 days. After that, you can buy Mindfit through a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription. You have access to Mindfit as long as your subscription is active and ongoing.
You will find your local price by visiting Mindfit on the App Store and Google Play store.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel and end the subscription.
All amounts to be paid and charged:
Each subscription automatically renews for an additional period equal to the expiring subscription period until you terminate it.
The Mindfit app is purchased and downloaded via the AppStore and Google play. All payments are managed and made through the app provider. You manage your purchases there.
How can I cancel Mindfit?
You can cancel the subscription through your Google play or AppStore account.
All purchases are managed and paid for through your app provider.
For Apple App Store:
- Open “settings” on your phone
- Click on your name
- Choose “subscriptions”
- Choose Mindfit
- Click “unsubscribe”
For Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Click on the hamburger menu
- Choose “subscriptions”
- Choose Mindfit
- Click “unsubscribe”
Privacy Policy
We take the protecion of your data seriously.
When you use the Mindfit app, you will not be asked to register to use our services. All information you register is only stored on your mobile phone, and we do not have access to your personal information.
